The only time I'll drink dark beer is when drinking an Irish Car Bomb and I've only ever done that once and will never do it again...

GUINNESS is the good stuff. In fact, known as The Black Stuff. It's food and drink in one, but is awesome in a pie. Steak & Guinness pie.
